Be Aware Of Evil

What we think about the most and put the most effort in is what we get.  Something like the law of attraction.  First, however, be aware and educated of what is going on in your/our world.  Then start creating the world that is better for the masses of the world, us.  Everyone should have a chance to be happy, truly happy (what a dream).

The Corpratocricy is what is going on with the government, all its agencies and most other world governments.  G.W. Bush said something like this after 9/11 "An evil exists that threatens every man, woman and child of this great nation.  We must take steps to insure our domestic security and protect our homeland".  Soon after that, the security force to protect the homeland was started (Homeland Security).  The security force did start in the U.S. The statement, however was made my Adolf Hitler in about 1922 and soon after that legislation and laws were passed along with the formation of the Homeland security laws, with the Gestapo.

Be aware, what would you rather have, or do you want to re-live history?  http://www.livingthewellness.com  RSBBrown

Our Chemical World

We are chemical beings and chemicals regulate  everything  about our lives (an overly simplistic  statement that does work for this article).  Our bodies are capable of producing every chemical need to be happy, healthy, creative, motivated and more.  If these statements are true and they are, why aren’t we all of those things?  Why are so many of us unhappy, anxious, depressed, unhealthy, unmotivated and stuck in our current life situation.  One simple answer is, that we are addicted to the chemicals (neurotransmitters, neuropeptides, hormones) needed to produce negative, unhappy lives.  We are emotionally conditioned to look outside ourselves for fulfillment, happiness, satisfaction, love, etc.  We are exposed to a constant diet of emotion/feeling causing news (?), entertainment (?) and advertising, designed to keep us addicted to our familiar non-empowering states of being.  If you are tired of where you are in life, or with your life, you will need to turn off your network broadcast TV.  Just that simple/difficult(?) act will improve the quality of your internally produced chemicals
.
If you have ever wondered why change is so difficult and slow all you need do is look at the behavior, belief, emotional response patterns of your life.   Most have been there for a long time, causing us to do, think and respond the same ways we learned from past environmental events and people.  We tend to respond the same ways over and over, even though those patterns don’t produce the results we actually want or need.  Most of us know of being dis-empowered with stress, fear, anxiety, judgment, envy, anger, etc.  Each of these emotions/beliefs/thoughts produce chemicals that cause us to respond in consistent predictable ways.  We are familiar with our specific chemicals or sets of chemicals because they start us on the addictive loop of feeling the way we think and thinking the way we feel.  Each of these chemical producing thoughts can make you sick, cause dis-empowering beliefs/behaviors and keep you as a dependable consumer of what “they” are selling, both in products and rhetoric.

You can learn to change, to control your thoughts and beliefs (chemicals), but the change will require focused practice.  Learn to change the way you feel, think and respond, to start developing real self- empowerment and creativity.

I will leave the chemicals from within because volumes have been written and will be written on the subject.  I encourage you to find out much more.  Now, on to our environmental chemicals and there are so many that we live in a virtual chemical soup from drinking water, hot tubs, insecticides, medications, herbicides, industrial pollution, etc.  Each one of these chemicals effect us and our world.
A few years ago, I saw a haunting picture of a soldier from the Gulf War holding his little girl, who was born without arms.  I realize the strength that can be developed in individuals and the wonderful loving relationships that can be a part of profound challenges.  I was touched by the picture and was reminded of a paper I presented to my fellow directors of the head injury clinic I was working with.  One of our clients was being prescribed a specific medication and my job was to inform everyone working in the clinic how dangerous it is/was.  Most had not heard of it and those who knew of it thought that the latest stuff was different (it isn’t).  It is the same medication that caused more than 10,000 profound birth defects in the late 1950s to 1961.  Do a little research, millions $$$ are being made by the producers/sellers of this medication,  the spin doctors are working their magic, however the pictures and stories of the victims of the stuff (chemical) are there, yelling at you to pay attention.  This medication is available in our environment now and I wonder if that Golf War soldier was exposed to a set of chemicals that responded in his body like that terrible chemical/medication.

In 2011, one large retailer in Northwest Montana sold more than 2,000 containers of the most popular brand of herbicide and within 100 miles there are at least 20 other retailers that sell the same specific herbicide brand .  There are also three other brands of herbicides being sold in this same market area.  I don’t have sales data for the other herbicides or the other retailers, but I do have some logic.  In this one small market area of Northwest Montana, tons/thousands (millions?) of gallons of just herbicides were sold in 2011.  Where does all of this stuff go and what of the accumulative consequences of a ten year time span of use/abuse?  Does anyone remember Agent Orange?

In 2006 National Geographic featured an article “The Pollution Within”, by David Ewing Duncan.  Mr. Duncan was tested for 320 chemicals that he could have gotten from just living his life, food, drink, air, basically his environment.  David tested positive for PCBs, PBDEs, Pesticides, Dioxins, Phathalates, PFAs, metals and of the chemicals found in his body, five were found in high enough concentration to pose substantial health concerns.  Neurological, Thyroid, Liver, Reproductive, Kidney are among the specific parts of his body that were affected by “his” chemicals.  I wonder what our levels are and how do these chemicals mix with or change the chemicals we product in our bodies?

The FDA is in place to protect us from chemical poisons, or is it?  The FDA approves or dis-approves of every food, drug, chemical in our environment.  The FDA, with the blessings of the government makes the rules.  One example of (one of many) where the FDA just isn’t acting in our best interest is Fluoride.  The U.S. is one of the very few countries where Fluoride is added to drinking water and other products.  Not only are we nearly alone in our use of Fluoride, nearly 50 studies conducted over many years have all found that Fluoride is a toxic substance, hazardous to health.  Fluoride is one of the basic ingredients in our chemical soup, because we drink it, cook with it and mix other chemicals with it.

This article just scuffs the surface of what chemicals can do for us and to us.  Chemicals can positively and negatively affect our lives.  We can have control over both our internal and environmental chemicals so educate yourself, what do you want your life and your environment to be like? http://www.livingthewellness.com    RSBBrown

What Is Evil?

Evil is one of the words that causes emotional responses and evil tends to be found in humans.  We can attach evil to other things like storms, animals, fish and entities that are "super natural", who? (that) can cause us to do negative things (not my idea or belief).  I know that I am a spiritual being, as such I believe that there is a super intelligence/power/force, who (that) is at the beginning of everything, the Cosmos if you will.  And, a great way of describing this is one world, God (my belief, there are others).

Good/positive/light is also found in the hearts, minds and soles of humans and it is a balance to evil, something like Yang and Yin.  So, we sort of live in a Good/light vs Bad/dark society/world and most believe that bad, dark, negative resides in our Ego (keep in mind that the Ego is not all dark or negative).  The Ego is the part of us that can be most easily manipulated and there are those with power who are skilled at manipulating our Egos to direct us in ways that benefit them.  Fear, Envy, Jealousy, Anger, Greed, Competition to the point of controlling and other dark/evil thoughts can and do control/dis-empower.

How do we become truly self-empowered when the dark side is so good at manipulating our Egos.  One answer:  work to, for, towards the light/self empowering side of life and get to know what is truly you, important to you.   http://www.livingthewellness.com/   RSBBrown
